Dr. Ruth Davis is a distinguished leader, visionary, and servant at heart, who has dedicated more than 25 years to advancing excellence in the medical field. With a wealth of knowledge and expertise, she holds multiple academic degrees, including a Doctoral Degree in Human Services, equipping her to bridge professional excellence with compassionate service.
From the tender age of nine, Dr. Davis has walked faithfully in her Christian journey. Today, she serves as a beacon of hope and strength through her pastoral care, providing spiritual guidance and support to those in need. Her calling extends beyond the walls of her local congregation, where she faithfully serves as the Head of the Church Board, modeling integrity, humility, and servant leadership.
A trailblazer in both ministry and medicine, Dr. Davis is known for her unwavering commitment to serving people across diverse communities. Her heart for missions has carried her beyond borders, as she has led and supported impactful outreach initiatives in Ghana, across Africa, Jamaica, and beyond. Through these works, she continues to embody the essence of global service—meeting needs, uplifting spirits, and building bridges of faith and care worldwide.

Associate Pastor Julene Palmer Williams is a dynamic leader, administrator, and servant of God whose life reflects unwavering dedication to ministry, excellence, and compassion. For the past ten years, she has faithfully walked in her Christian journey, serving her leaders and congregation with humility, strength, and steadfast devotion.
As Chief Administrator, Pastor Williams brings a wealth of experience in customer service management, supervision, business administration, and church operations. Her leadership is marked by precision, high-level training, and a unique ability to blend organizational excellence with heartfelt care. She is known for creating systems that empower ministries to thrive while always keeping people at the center of her service.
Beyond her administrative brilliance, Pastor Williams carries a deep passion for people. She has a special love for students, guiding them to pursue their God-given dreams of becoming pastors and leaders. Her heart for the less fortunate has inspired countless outreach initiatives, where she partners with ministries to meet the needs of many. Apostle Forde has been doing ministry for over 27 years. He is a beloved overseer of many ministries and was born in a South American country called Guyana. After accepting the Lord Jesus Christ as his personal Savior, he migrated to St. Maarten as a young man. He obtained a degree in Christian Education from Grace Hill Bible College in New Jersey U.S.A and a certificate in ministry from the Dolus Training Program in London, England. He is also a C.I.C.A. International Faith Justice of the Peace. He holds a Doctor of Divinity degree from The Door of Favor Theological Seminary. He has preached the gospel throughout the Caribbean, Europe, and the United States building the Kingdom in every way.
He is the founder of Perfecting Faith Ministries International in Curacao. He is married to a beautiful woman after God’s heart Apostle Monique Forde and both were ordained as Apostles in 2015. His passion is to advance the Kingdom of God and to see its citizens reach higher heights in their walk with the KIng. The two main Bible verses that guide him are Hebrew 11:1 and Romans 10:17.
Pastor Dr. Wayne Roach is a seasoned Pastor with over 28 years of experience in Pastoral care and spiritual Leadership. He is the Overseer and founder of the LIVING IN THE WORD 7TH DAY INTL MINISTRIES in Kingston Jamaica and St. Maarten. He is committed to creating thriving community and guiding individuals transformed by the gospel. He has a successful background in Organizational Leadership, Ministry Program Development, and Mission-Oriented Strategic Planning.
Pastor Dr. Wayne Roach holds a Bachelors of Arts in Theology from Provident University USA, Master of Arts in Theology from Provident University USA, and a Doctoral Degree in Clinical Religious Counseling from Shepherd’s Care Bible College, Tampa Bay Florida USA. He is also a certified Chaplain of Global Chaplains Alliance and Emet Global Theological Seminary in Atlanta Georgia. He is married to Kay Cleopatra Powell for 18 years and enjoys reading and fishing.
