We have wonderful donors that have partnered with Mended Vessels Christian Community to secure scholarships and grants for those who need them most. They are determined that finances should not be a hindrance to anyone getting an opportunity to be educated so they can serve in the Kingdom of God with excellence.
This scholarship is open to everyone who gets accepted to The Door of Favor Theological Seminary to complete any degree program. Everyone is encouraged to apply however, single parents, and young people ages 18-35, who are entering tertiary education for the first time will be given priority. The recipients of this scholarship can get up to 20% off their tuition and 50% off their graduation fees.
This grant is available for persons over the age of 55 years old who have been accepted to The Door of Favor Theological Seminary to complete any degree program. Everyone within that age group is encouraged to apply but they must be able to show verifiable financial needs. The recipients of the grant can get up to $500 off their tuition and 50% off their graduation fee.
This grant is available for persons who have been accepted into The Door of Favor Theological Seminary. The applicants must have been serving in ministry for at least 3 years in any capacity as well as those who are children or relatives of persons who have been serving in ministry for at least 3 years. This is a good opportunity for the children and relatives of the leadership core in the churches to learn the skill set and knowledge required to carry on their godly heritage and impact their generation. It is also an opportunity for those who have been serving in ministry for a while but know they need to get to the next level of service through sound biblical education. The recipients of this grant can get up to $400 off their tuition and 50% off their graduation fee.
ALL APPLICANTS OF ANY OF THE ABOVE SCHOLARSHIP OR GRANT MUST BE A BAPTIZED BELIEVER, CURRENTLY ACTIVELY SERVING IN MINISTRY (volunteer roles will be considered as well), GOOD CHURCH ATTENDANCE AND BE ABLE TO GET TWO RECOMMENDATIONS FROM NOTABLE PERSONS IN MINISTRY, ONE OF WHOM MUST BE THEIR PASTOR.
